Ticking policies: Full refunds on full-priced General Admission tickets will be given if tickets are canceled by Friday, August 16, 2019 at 5pm PDT. You can alternatively transfer the GA ticket to a colleague or friend. Pre-Sale or Early Bird tickets cannot be refunded, and can only be transferred to another person. Any ticket transfers must be made by Friday, August 30, 2019. Tickets purchased after Friday, August 30, 2019 are ineligible for refunds or transfers.
