The Portuguese Women in Tech community was launched in April 2016 with a dual mission: support women in technology by providing visibility, networking, mentorship, training, sharing opportunities, and also attracting more women and girls to tech.

Together with Liliana Castro, Inês Santos Silva is one of the co-founders of Portuguese Women in Tech. On this CMX Connect Portugal session - our very first event in Porto! -, Inês will share more about her journey as a gender equality advocate at PWIT, as well as insights about driving meaningful and engaged communities and organising initiatives online and also in-person.
