The year is almost over, and with that comes time to set your goal for the coming year and come up with a plan to achieve them. We are excited to welcome back Community Rockstar Erica Kuhl for this hands-on workshop to plan for success in 2020! We will use a framework to set goals, develop strategies and tactics, discuss as a group and get feedback. Even if you have your year already planned, come share with the group, help others, and get feedback!Learning objectives:

* Map out 3 main goals that support your organization's strategy and will help build engagement and elevate community across the organization

* Identify tactics to help achieve those goals

* Identify resources necessary to help you reach your goals

* Come up with a plan and a schedule to implement the tactics

* Identify stakeholders and partners across the organization

* Map out key metrics and how you will measure them and report out on them
