Nichol Goldstein, Senior Community Engagement Specialist at Progress software, was gamed by her own gamification program. She'll discuss how to handle this in your community, and share her award-winning dashboard, icons, and more in this fun talk.

In addition to managing her community, Nichol also creates gamification icons and badges for it, and was recently honored by The Community Roundtable with a 2022 Community Leadership Award for Outstanding Community Dashboard. She is also an illustrator (she made the adorable robots on the banner) and author of  "Alls Fair in Ruts and Heats", a Dark Omegaverse novel published in October.
