About this event
Join us for a fireside chat with Erica Kuhl, who has been at the helm of the Salesforce Trailblazer Community from the very beginning. Under Erica's leadership, the Community team grew from 1 to a team of 10+ and the Community grew to over 3 million members. Join us to learn her powerful story and hear about the transformational journey of Community at Salesforce - from the very beginning to a thriving community of 3 million members strong. The Salesforce Community started as a space to connect with other admins going through training, and has evolved to a complete one-stop-shop that helps admins and users be more successful, however they are using Salesforce -- including Ideas, Release Readiness, Collaboration Groups, MVP program and User Groups. Throughout the 10+ year journey, the Community transformed and even moved functional organizations, adjusting to incredible scale. Hear from Erica all about the lessons she learned along the way.
