AI is the latest craze when it comes to automations. And we want to have a conversation about it! How have you been using AI in your communities? What are your thoughts about this latest technology? Is it a flash in the pan or is it here to stay?

CMX recently launched an experimental AI Community Assistant (we call it Nina), that is trained using specific blog posts and guides from CMX. Our community was torn. Some were keen to have fun and experiment with Nina, some were hesitant about what Nina could actually do for them, and some questioned whether Nina should exist at all. 

Some of the questions that came up included, why would we use AI in this industry when the most important aspect of it is the human aspect? How can we thoughtfully and ethically implement AI into our community? Should AI even be involved in a community? And if not, how do we make sure we're not being left behind other tech industries? 

Nina clearly sparked some incredible and thought-provoking discussion in the CMX Community, and we're here for it! (You know we love a good heated discussion). And so, we're hosting a guided roundtable discussion about AI and the future of Community.

This event will be an opportunity to air your concerns about AI, be vulnerable about your lack of knowledge of AI, and have a meaty discussion about the future of AI and the community industry.
