The first CMX Global was hosted in April 2020 as a quick response to the pandemic and the world going virtual. It was the first ever virtual conference CMX hosted, and was an incredible full day event. While we've started to relive and remember the magic of in person events again, there is still a need for virtual conferences.

So, we're bringing back CMX Global! Join us on September 25 and 26, 2024 for this two half-day virtual event. Get ready for presentations, facilitated discussions, workshops, networking opportunities, real time platform demos, and other awesome virtual activities.

At this event, we will have two tracks: 

1. The Business of Community: Dive deep into practical strategies to demonstrate the business value of your community. The sessions in this track will guide you through identifying and leveraging KPIs, proving ROI through the SPACES model, and determining your community's north star metric. You'll also learn how to effectively communicate with your executive team, secure budget, and make a compelling case for your community. Join us to ensure your work and your community are always taken seriously by your organization.

1. The Heart of Community: Master the social skills and engagement techniques needed to create a thriving, sustainable community. The sessions in this track focus on understanding and empathizing with your community members, building with—not for—them, and cultivating quality, meaningful engagement that keeps members coming back. Learn how to foster lasting connections and ensure your community's growth and success. 

All our sessions will empower you with practical skills to shape your community visions consistently. Discussions aim to fuel critical thinking and share diverse perspectives. Concurrently, enriching presentations will thread the past, present, and future of community-building, shedding light on the path ahead.
