Building a Shared Vision Between Internal Stakeholders & Community Ambassadors

About this event

The Fandom Star program has found success in fostering conversations between Fandom’s internal teams and members of the Fandom Stars program to encourage direct product feedback. By hosting various events, it was clear that internal stakeholders and community ambassadors must unite under a shared ""north star""—a clear, overarching vision for the product and its impact. These two groups can forge a mighty alliance by understanding each other's needs and perspectives.

This 30-minute session will equip attendees with the strategy to navigate product feedback and communication seamlessly from the initial experimentation phase to the final release. You'll learn how to foster open communication, maintain a sense of fun and excitement, and ensure that everyone feels heard and valued. By establishing a simple, collaborative system, we can achieve a win-win scenario where internal goals and community aspirations are met, ultimately delivering an exceptional product experience for the community.

After some technical difficulties due to east-coast storms during CMX Global on September 26, we're thrilled to welcome Jennifer back for a redo session! You don't want to miss this!
