Community led is an incredibly powerful way to lead with your message. Having real customers and users speaking with prospects and other customers in an authentic real way, is so much more powerful than an Account Executive or a full time team member. I have been amazed to see the top technology brands in the world like Google, Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe, Epic Games, and so many other brands I have admired from far using this approach to reach customers.
