Influencing customers' behavior and attitude is becoming more and more challenging. War for attention raging and products that become commodities are only the tip of the iceberg of a long list of reasons. Brands that can count on a network of customers sharing in the brand experience, strengthening trust and loyalty seem to do a better job.

For this edition, we invited two excellence from Zurich sharing their experience and insights about how communities influence customers' behavior and attitude and the different aspects  of customer engagement.

With Prof. René Algesheimer we will explore the aspects of social influence, why return on engagement matters and his findings from behavioral data analysis. 

Oliver Lutz will share a best practice of building gamer community and engage it around e-Sports
