About this event

Design Thinking approach that helps people better understand the problem by setting context and building empathy, analyzing and reframing the problem, and creating options that lead to the development and implementation of successful new offerings. When building community its important to deeply understand those that we are trying to serve. In this session, we will talk with community leaders on how they have iterated on community as well as working with some design thinking and service design experts at designing a journey map for a minimum viable community.
