About this event

In honor of CMX Connect Tampa Bay's 1 Year Anniversary, we're celebrating with a special virtual engagement for both our chapter members as well as the greater CMX Community. Join us on Friday, September 15, 2023 as we sit with internationally known teacher, lecturer, diversity trainer, and recipient of the National Mental Health Association Award for Excellence in Education, Jane Elliott, for a talk about the impact that race has on our daily lives, our communities, our school districts, and our government bodies. We'll also be joined by Cassandra Guadalupe-VenegasProfessor of Sociology & Human Rights at Middlesex College and The College of New Jersey.

And what kind of birthday party would be complete without presents? As part of our anniversary celebration, we'll be giving away 5 free tickets to CMX Summit 2023: Shine along with other surprises for everyone who attends. We look forward to seeing you there!

CMX Connect events are about harnessing the incredible power of community and fulfilling the need for professionals to come together, network, learn and grow. To learn more about CMX Connect events, check out this CMX Blog Post!
