About this event
When Facebook communities get big they can become very challenging to successfully manage. In this CMX Connect event we'll sit down with Kirsten Durward and Johann Qua Hiansen, two of the leaders of the Global Educator Collective community, to talk about ways to make large communities work well on Facebook.
Created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kirsten and Johann saw the Global Educator Collective grow from 0 to over 100,000 members in a matter of days. They, along with their fellow admins and moderators, weathered this explosive growth to create a vibrant, welcoming, international education community.
