Just because a brand has thousands of users, doesn't mean it will be easy to build a community. People need time to discover, join, find value, and trust the community, before they invest in a deeper commitment. A community needs to offer something to its members, whether it's answers to support questions, a place to come to learn from peers, or a sense of belonging, people join communities for all different reasons. How then, do you engage with members, inspire them to participate, and ultimately make them fall in love with the community?
