Just because a brand has thousands of users, doesn't mean it will be easy to build a community. People need time to discover, join, find value, and trust the community, before they invest in a deeper commitment. A community needs to offer something to its members, whether it's answers to support questions, a place to come to learn from peers, or a sense of belonging, people join communities for all different reasons.
