If you ever find yourself asking, “Why don’t I feel at home in my community?” or “Why isn’t the dialogue comfortable and natural?” Or worse, if you find yourself questioning whether or not you or other members feels safe, you might just have a Psychological Safety issue. Join us and an incredible panel of community leaders as we discuss what it means for a community to be safe.
