You are invited to join a hybrid round table event to discuss online customer and cause communities and community management. Join us to celebrate the creation of three Australian 'chapters' in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. The chapters will host in-person and virtual events to support those interested in growing and activating online communities. 

This is an exploration of a collaboration between Australian Community Managers, CMX Connect Brisbane, CMX Connect Melbourne CMX Connect Sydney, Facebook Community Manager Certification, Brisbane Business Hub and Social Mediology.

We will explore the state of community in Australia, resources available to support community building/management and ask you - the community - what you may want or need to support your community journey. There will be opportunities for speakers, panellists, workshops and social events.

The purpose of this event is to:

- meet with others working in community management;

- connect people who are aspiring to become community managers to resources available; and

- help businesses or organisations that want to start customer or cause communities but don't know where to start!

So even if you are just a little bit community curious, we would love to have you be a part of forming this new chapter.
