Anne Scott founded Girl Gone International on Facebook in 2010 when she found herself socially isolated overseas. What started as a personal mission to find a sense of safety, belonging, and friendship abroad has grown into an empowering community of 500,000 members from every country and culture in the world. The community connects online in local Facebook groups and in real life in 200 cities in 60 countries. Members help each other feel at home wherever go in the world. Girl Gone International holds 4000 events per year and reaches 8 million organically per month.

Vianessa Castaños is an actor, producer, and journalist whose work focuses on international cultures and issues pertaining to BIPOC communities in the U.S. and abroad. In 2001 she co-founded Theta Nu Xi, Multicultural Sorority Inc. while at Florida State University, which proved to be the first multicultural sorority in the state of Florida. She currently works as Deputy Editor of Girl Gone International along with serving as a community manager for GGI’s Madrid community. She is the founder of Hustle Juice, a website dedicated to serving as a free educational resource freelancer, digital nomads and remote workers. Her work has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, BARE Magazine, HipLatina, Passion Passport, Fodor’s, and other international publications

Cepee Tabibian is the founder of She Hit Refresh, a global community for women age 30 and over who want to break free from routine and start a life of travel. She is also the creator of the Madrid Blogger Network, Madrid’s largest community for bloggers and content creators.
People are her passion and since moving to Madrid in 2015 she has reinvented herself as a skilled community builder with a reputation for creating meaningful online and offline spaces, connections and gatherings.
