About this event

In an era where every community has a voice, the power of storytelling can't be underestimated. This masterclass will explore the craft of building impactful narratives that captivate audiences and drive community engagement. Whether you're leading a grassroots community, heading a nonprofit, or developing a community inside a corporation, this workshop is designed to equip you with the tools you need to tell the story effectively.

Our guest speaker will be Santiago Sánchez. Santiago has more than a decade of experience in creating business, political and social narratives in Europe, Latin America and Asia. He has accompanied individuals and organizations in the creation of communication strategies and narratives to drive key objectives in competitiveness, innovation and sustainable development.

He has a background in various fields of communication: his career began as a journalist and international correspondent for media such as Anadolu Agency, El País (Spain), Forbes and Vice Media; he later worked in corporate communication in the banking, fintech and pharmaceutical sectors and has been a storyteller in various advertising and digital marketing projects for other industries. In recent years, he has been a consultant for government and cooperation organizations, and in 2023 he founded Castoryadis, a consultancy focused on creating data-driven narratives.

He has advised and mentored entrepreneurs, business, political and social leaders in communication in more than 12 countries.

Enthusiastic about social innovation and committed to diversity, inclusion and social development, he is also the founder of Voice (ES), a non-profit organization with the aim of promoting the economic empowerment of migrant populations.
