For Women’s history month, we want to shine a light on some phenomenal female community professionals and host a live panel to support you to navigate this exciting career.

With the CMX London team boasting 3 female community leaders, we also noticed that the community industry in general has a majority of female talent compared to men. In this panel discussion we'll cover a whole range of topics including:

• what makes community a great career choice?  
• How can more women start their careers in community? 
• What does career progression look like? 
• Is the industry paving the way for women in tech to claim a seat at the executive table? 

This is a 30 minute panel followed by supportive breakout sessions.
