About this event

We know that over the last few months we have had lots of new challenges in work and in life.

During this time some communities have flourished where others have stalled, been put on hold or have lost momentum and all this at the same time there has been a huge digital transformation across organisations.

As we start to come out of lockdown, how do we support and nurture those communities that where once active and have stalled? What ways can you suggest to reinvigorate those communities and those who run them as they come back into a work environment that has shifted significantly over the last few months.

Michael Norton who supports Knowledge Hub a public sector focused community platform with over 2500 different communities has this unique blend of communities that have thrived especially due to responding to Covid 19 and others that have been put on hold.

Michael would really like your help and ideas on how to reinvigorate those groups that may have stalled during the lockdown and ways that we can get it back up and running. Michael is hoping for a range of generic ideas and tactics that can be tried as each community is different and will be unable to go into the specific.

We will be using the Peer Assist Method to allow you to ask clarification questions and then time for you to discuss as a group your ideas and suggestions to help bring those communities back to life.
