About this event
Many of the complex challenges we face are urgent: from COVID-19, to climate change. Most of the time we need to take action but in our haste, many are left behind and the decisions we make are poorer for it. How can we create a world that works for everyone if we don’t include everyone in building it?
Michelle Sims will lead the discussion on how to use communities to make positive change happen. We’ll look at case studies, and share tips on how to inspire and champion change using the power of community.
We’ll then move into breakout groups to discuss your own communities and the type of impact you are aiming to achieve. We’ll focus on learning and sharing in a supportive and constructive way, and you’ll leave the session with practical and helpful ideas.
