London

Kristy Merson will share experience on how to grow, engage and align strong communities for positive change. Moving from inaction to results.

About this event

Kristy is a firm believer that we need diverse perspectives to answer the questions the future has in store. Having taken an unconventional path in her own career, she is passionate about diversity of experience, women’s employability and the impact even the smallest of actions can have on someone’s life. This is why she is so inspired by the work of organisations such as Salesforce Supermums, SmartWorks and STEMettes as well as the power that Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) can have on corporate culture and the communities they're a part of.

Salesforce Women's Network amplifies the progress of women in every step of their journey. They achieve this through professional and personal development, allyship, supportive connections, and taking action on gender equality.

They are the largest equality group and the programs include content and activities to support their values of empathy, trust, well-being, and advancement of women.

Kristy will share some of her experience from her 3 years as president of the Salesforce Women's network,  on what worked, what didn't and tips on how we could all build more diverse communities in, across and outside our organisations.
