We've heard of self-care a lot in recent years but why is it extremely important specifically for us community managers? Showing our “human” side helps us connect with our members, but this also means we can be susceptible to the negative effects of our community.
We take a look at how we can establish and encourage practises to keep work and community at a healthy distance from our personal time, as well as tips on promoting and advocating self-care within the community to encourage a more healthier attitude towards mental and physical health and to each other.
CMX recently launched the CMX Academy, and have already had hundreds of people signing up to take the brand new courses.
Pitched as "the business school for community professionals who never went to business school", the Community MBA will give you a deeper understanding of how a community fits into your business, key business outcomes community can drive, how to design a hyper-focused community strategy, and how to set up systems for tracking core metrics and outcomes. This course is perfect for beginner to intermediate level community and marketing professionals, and for business leaders who want to set up their community teams for success.
To celebrate the launch of this new program, we are giving one attendee who registers and attends this event an opportunity to take The Community MBA course for free (a $499 USD value)!
What you have to do:

2. Attend the event
3. The winner will be chosen at the end the event!
