What to expect?

- This won't be a lecture! This is a highly interactive roundtable session designed for collaborative learning. If you are looking for a passive listening session where you go and quietly take notes, this event is likely not for you.

- Before the event, we highly encourage our participants to do some light research on Notion and their community-led growth strategies.

- During the roundtable, the host will facilitate us through a structured approach:

• Deep Dive into Notion's Timeline: We'll explore the historical evolution of Notion's community, mapping key milestones and discussing what participants already know about each stage. The host will then share the results from her research, filling in the gaps and providing deeper context.
• On-the-Spot Open Discussion: We'll immediately apply our shared knowledge to analyze what worked, what didn't, and why. This open discussion will allow for real-time insights and brainstorming.
• Key Learnings & Immediate Takeaways: As we wrap up, we'll collectively identify the most impactful lessons learned, capturing them for everyone to take away and implement immediately.
• Monthly Experiment & Accountability (Optional): Select participants by the host will commit to experimenting with one or more of these learnings over the next month. We'll then keep in touch virtually to share our progress results weekly, discuss what worked, what didn't, and keep each other accountable until our next in-person event in April, where we will be celebrating small wins from all of the select participants and hearing some of the best use cases and their reflections on this progress so far!
