From Community Data to Executive Buy-In: How to Tell Stories That Get Results

Community teams have more data than ever. But collecting the numbers is only half the battle; the real challenge is turning that data into a story that leadership understands, cares about, and can act on.

Join CMX for a live conversation with Reina Pomeroy, community leader and advisor, on how to use community data to tell stronger stories, communicate with executives, and build buy-in for your community programs.

We'll explore what makes community data meaningful to leadership, how to move beyond dashboards and metrics, and how to connect community insights to the business outcomes executives care about.

This will be a fireside-style Masterclass, with CMX Leader, Cat Nilsson, guiding the conversation and plenty of opportunity for audience questions.

In this Masterclass, you'll learn:

  • How to turn community data into a compelling story, not just a collection of metrics

  • What executives actually need to understand about your community

  • How to connect community insights to broader business priorities and outcomes

  • What makes community reporting more persuasive and actionable

  • How to build a stronger case for investment and support

  • Practical approaches for communicating community impact across different organizational contexts

Bring your questions! We'll also leave plenty of time for live audience Q&A, and you can submit questions when you register.

Who should attend?

This Masterclass is for community professionals who are responsible for communicating community impact, reporting to leadership, or building executive support for their programs.
