Vanipriya brings over 15 years of experience across technology, product leadership, and entrepreneurship. Her work focuses on designing meaningful systems, experiences, and initiatives that bring people, culture, and technology together to create stronger communities.

Yuvi actively builds and nurtures the design community through workshops, talks, and mentoring sessions for students, NGOs, and aspiring designers. Through Payan Design Studio’s “10 Trees per Project” promise, his work connects design with social impact by supporting the Trees for Tribals initiative that empowers the Irula community in Tamil Nadu.

Sushmitha has spent her career understanding how technology can empower communities and create positive social impact, from supporting nonprofits to fostering engaged user ecosystems.

Through these two sessions, we will explore how thoughtful design and intentional leadership can move communities from surface-level participation to meaningful engagement across both technical and non-technical audiences.
