Session 1: Getting to know the basics of community building
In this session, we will get some insights from the panellists about what community mean to them. Understand how a community is different to traditional marketing. Panellists will share their advice for someone setting out new into the community field and walk us through what a typical work day of a community professional would look like.
Session 2: Community Operations 101
In this session, we will dive deep into measuring the success of a community, and the metrics to track. We will dig deeper to understand effective community engagement activities, and what benefits the community brings to an organization. In addition, we would understand how communities align with their organizational goals.
