Whether you're already managing a community or in the exciting process of launching one - your community needs to be active to survive. Engagement is the key for long term activity in your community.

In this session you will learn about:

  • different types of engagement in online communities,
  • using those types to your community’s benefit,
  • mistakes to avoid,
  • examples for other methods and types of engagement which have already proven to work well in the past.
