Imagine you are the one and only person in your company doing community management. You are struggling to define the values and principles for your community and your manager keeps asking you to prove the value of your work. You are in a tight spot and it gets harder for you to see what could be your next career step.

If you are familiar with only one of these challenges, struggle no more! Come to our next event and get support from fellow community professionals!

We will be organising an evening entirely dedicated to you, to let you share with your peers what your role is like, what challenges you face, and brainstorm with the crowd on how to solve them. Concretely, that means we are not lining up speakers - instead, the stage is yours!

This is how you take part:

Prepare a short presentation (5’) about yourself, about your role as a community manager, and raise a question, challenge or topic you would like to exchange about with the audience. 

Each presentation will lead into 10-15’ open discussion or brainstorm. 

Feel free to pic any topic that would truly help you in your job, career, or life - as long as it is somewhat related to community management ;)
