In this interactive 1 hour session, we will explore the highlights of the 2021 Australian Community Managers State of Community Management Survey findings. Launched in 2015, the survey is a resource for community managers (both professional and volunteer), recruiters and employers, journalists and media, policymakers, researchers and anyone looking to improve their understanding of online community management as a field of work in Australia.
