Welcome & Introduction	Welcome to the #IamRemarkable workshop! Get to know the purpose of this initiative and how it can empower you to own your achievements as a community manager.
The Power of Self-Promotion in Community Management	Why self-promotion matters, especially for community managers, and how it can positively impact your career and personal life. Discuss the common barriers to self-promotion and how to overcome them.
Activity #1 - Write Your Achievements	Guided reflection on personal and professional accomplishments specific to community management roles. Everyone will write down 3-5 achievements, focusing on what they've done to build and nurture communities.
Activity #2 - Share & Practice Self-Promotion	Breakout groups or pairings to share one of their community management accomplishments. Learn how to promote your achievements without feeling uncomfortable or boastful in your community-building journey.
Discussion & Tips	Share practical tips for self-promotion in community management contexts (workplace, networking events, social media, etc.). Discussion about the importance of owning your value as a community manager and how to speak with confidence.
Closing Remarks & Next Steps	Final thoughts on embracing self-promotion as a tool for growth, particularly in community management.
